About Us
Restoring Hope Counseling Center — born in July of 2019 in a 5,044-square-foot office building just off 39th Avenue— strives to make an impact on the lives of those struggling with various needs. Fulfilling the life-long dream of owner Alicia Pfahler, Restoring Hope Counseling Center is dedicated to helping encourage and equip individuals, couples, and families on topics relating to relationships, parenting, community, and more. Practicing in our Center are counselors, counseling interns, social workers, and marriage and family therapists who form an interdisciplinary team utilizing attachment-focused, trauma-informed care models as well as other evidence-based practices who can attend to a broad range of client needs. We offer services including marriage/couples, family, and individual counseling.
Health and Safety
We understand that as important as one’s mental health is, physical health is also important. Your health and safety are our immediate concern and priority. We want to let you know about the measures we are taking to keep everyone safe. For in-office sessions, we disinfect all surfaces, including high-contact points like door handles often. Therapists who see children take precautions with shared toys, and if markers are used, each marker is wiped down with a bleach solution after use. If any staff believes they have been in contact with someone who is sick they will stay home for a period of time.
Video Sessions
All our counselors have telehealth options available. This is the best option for some clients. If you are experiencing any sickness or are unable to come to the office, please call our office to arrange a video session with your counselor.
